Can I ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery. 

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you realize that the shipping address on your order is incorrect after placing it, please contact us immediately. We may be able to intercept and update the address if the order has not yet reached the processing stage. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to modify the shipping address.

In the event that the package is already on its way, we advise contacting the carrier (e.g., USPS) to explore the possibility of rerouting the package to your correct address. Make sure you keep a close watch on the provided tracking number for any updates. If the package returns to us, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to the updated address. Please reach out if you need further assistance.

What happens if my order appears to be lost in transit?

We understand that packages can sometimes go missing. If you suspect your order may be lost in transit, please notify us if you observe no movement within the carrier's system for over 7 days. We will look into the issue immediately, and if necessary, we will process a replacement shipment for you. My order shows as delivered but I didn't receive it, help!

If you're experiencing a delay in receiving your order, or if it has not arrived as expected, please contact us with your order details and current shipping address. 

In cases where the order is marked as delivered but hasn't reached you, please check with other members of your household or neighbors to see if they brought in your package. You may also try to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
