How do I use a discount code when placing an order?

To apply a discount code to your order, first add the desired items to your cart. During checkout, there will be an option to enter the discount code. Please note that some discount codes may not be combined with other offers or discounts. If you experience issues with applying the code, confirm that you meet all the requirements for the discount and that the code has not expired. How can I check if my gift card was applied to my order?

Upon placing an order with a gift card, you will see the amount applied immediately. If you are unsure whether the gift card has been applied, please contact us and we can verify this for you. 

How long does order processing take?

Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA within 2-4 business days. Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

How can I find my order number if I've lost my receipt?

If you've misplaced your receipt and have a Felina account, you can log in to find your order number(s) on the account page. If you do not have an account and need to find your order number, please contact our customer service. Provide any details you have such as the email or the name under which the order was placed, and we will help you recover your order number to proceed with any returns or questions regarding your order.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your package by visiting Felina Order Tracking or through the carrier’s website. Additionally, you can log into your account to view the status of all your orders.

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
