How do I create a return or exchange?

Creating a return or exchange is easy with Felina. 

Please visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps provided.

*HOLIDAY 2025: Any purchases made between November 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31st, 2026.

Please Noted: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.  When returning multipack or product sets, all items must be included in the return.  A partial return or exchange of a multi-pack or product set will not be accepted.

What is your return policy?

At Felina, we want you to love your order and feel your best in our products. If you need to return something for a refund, please ensure the item is in its original, unworn, and sellable condition, including all tags intact and free from stains or strong odors.

You can try on the item(s), but please do not remove any tags.

Items may be returned within 45 days from the date the order is fulfilled.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Please note that all items are returnable within 45 days from the time of fulfillment, unless specifically noted as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund / exchange?
Once we receive your return at our facility, it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund back to your original payment method.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Who pays for return shipping?

Felina covers the cost of shipping for all approved returns. We understand that purchasing intimate apparel can be challenging, and we strive to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

How do exchanges work?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different colors or sizes of products within 45 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unworn, in original pristine condition, and have all original tags attached.
